Total fall enrollment at the four CU campuses is slightly above that of fall 2022, according to preliminary estimates presented to the Board of Regents during its Sept. 7-8 meeting at CU Denver. The estimated systemwide enrollment of 66,050 is up 0.3% over the total from a year ago, 65,825.
The University of Colorado Board of Regents on Friday elected members Callie Rennison as chair and Ken Montera as vice chair for the coming year. The nine regents elected both by acclamation during the board’s meeting at the University of Colorado Boulder.
Chad Morris’ early career was split between clinical research on the treatment of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, and state-level behavioral health policy work focusing on community integration, recovery services and homelessness. President Todd Saliman – along with the Office of Academic Affairs and the Open CU Committee – recently honored the four recipients of the 2023 Open Educational Resources (OER) Champion Awards. The honor celebrates an educator from each of the four CU campuses who contributes to the open educational movement through the creation of open access learning materials, and in so doing, increases OER awareness and interest in exploring, adopting and creating OER to benefit CU students.
