• Introductions of fellow eComm users on campus
• Best practices in email marketing, including examples from many of you!
• Common challenges and recommended solutions/work arounds
• New developments in eComm
• Announcements from and discussion with the eComm Leadership Team

As you can surmise from the last bullet, Jen, Melanie, and Kate from the President’s Office are making the trip to join us! It will be a great chance to meet and ask questions directly of our leadership team. Looking forward to getting us all together soon,

P.S. Since this is our first meeting, the discussion will mostly focus on Salesforce and the Marketing Cloud. There will be a different meeting for Cvent user topics.
