Technology has become extremely powerful, allowing you to connect to the Internet and communicate anytime you want, anywhere you want. From tablets and smart phones to lightweight laptops, you can potentially work anywhere in the world. However, when working away from the office there are several risks to keep in mind.

To learn more about working securely and protecting university data when away from the office, please see the July 2012 Office of Information Security Cyber Security newsletter.

For more information about the responsibilities of users as it relates to using IT Resources and protecting data, see the IT Security Program APS.
