HCM Structured Lab

You've heard about the HCM upgrade. Now, you can try the system for yourself.

With our in-person Structured Lab sessions, we will walk you through common HCM scenarios. In these labs, you will have the opportunity to learn about the features and functionalities of HCM.

Register for a structured lab:

1. Log on to your campus portal.
2. Click on the CU Resources tab. (Skip this step if you are using the system portal.)
3. Select Training.
4. Select Start SkillSoft. (SkillSoft will open in a separate window.)
5. Open the CU Instructor Led Training folder.
6. Open the Elevate: HCM Structured Labs folder.
7. Launch CU: HCM Structured Lab courses.
8. Expand the Sessions tab. Once you've found a training that works for your schedule, click Enroll on the furthest column to the right. You'll be email an enrollment confirmation, which you can link to your Outlook calendar.
