Give yourself a shot at good health with Employee Services flu shot clinics, offered on CU campuses from Oct. 3-29.
What do you need to do at the clinic?
- CU Health Plan members and covered spouses: Please bring your CU Health Plan ID card.
- Non-CU Health Plan members: You can pay $26 for a flu shot via cash, check or Visa or Master Card at the clinic.
- Please wear clothing that allows access to your right or left shoulder to allow the nurse to administer the flu shot.
