The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) announces changes to the following academic-related administrative policy statements (APSs), which became effective on June 1, 2022:

  • 1009-Multiple Means of Teaching Evaluation
  • 8013-University of Colorado Guidelines for Undergraduate Admission (formerly Minimum Academic Preparation Standards (MAPS) for Undergraduate Admission)

Both APSs received significant stakeholder review and input at the campus and system levels prior to their review by the campus chancellors and approval by President Todd Saliman on May 27, 2022.

For more information, please see the associated justification documents for each on the OPE website.

  • 1025-Uniform Grading Policy

In addition, revisions to APS 1025-Uniform Grading Policy have been approved and became effective on June 1, 2022. Revisions to the policy require the approval of the voting faculty within 60% of the schools and colleges. Faculty voting began on March 1, 2022, and by the end of the spring 2022 semester, the threshold for faculty approvals was met.
