Pasquale honored for meritorious service to Staff Council
Cynthia Pasquale, longtime writer for CU Connections, recently was honored by University of Colorado Staff Council (UCSC) for her work reporting on the governance group for the past nine years.
The council on May 21 passed a resolution noting how Pasquale’s “consistent, timely and accurate reporting of the activities of staff council have benefited the council, staff and administration in offering transparency and timely updates of staff council activities.”
The resolution further thanked Pasquale and recognized her for meritorious service to CU and its staff.
“University of Colorado Staff Council offers its most sincere gratitude for her work in furtherance of the principles of open communication, transparency, and the elevation of the staff voice at CU,” the resolution reads.
Pasquale, staff member of University Relations in the Office of the President, reported on Staff Council beginning in 2011 and continuing through this year.
