Ethical dilemmas force us to face the conflict of adhering to one moral imperative while infringing on another. We all want to do the right thing in our work and our personal lives, but there are times when that is much harder than usual. Especially when every option seems wrong but we still must decide.

This session explores the nature of ethical dilemmas and how to use some time-tested approaches to resolve them. Stimulate your mind with engaging discussions, small group exercises and simulations where you can envision outcomes—without the real-life pressure of an imminent decision.
