CU Careers Webinar: The Confidential Letters of Recommendation Process (CLOR)

This webinar will focus on the process of collecting confidential letters of recommendation within CU Careers. These letters are collected from reference letter providers confidentially and are hidden from the candidate. This is not to be confused with regular letters of recommendation which can be attached by the candidate during the application process. This brief overview will focus on the process from the perspective of an HCM Community member, the reference letter provider and the candidate.
