Two from UCCS graduate from women's leadership program

Marschke

Robyn Marschke, director of institutional research at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and Susan Szpyrka, associate vice chancellor for administration and finance, recently graduated from the 2009 Higher Education Resource Service (HERS) Institute for Women in Higher Education Administration at the University of Denver.

For more than 35 years, HERS has offered women faculty and administrators an intensive program that prepares them to be leaders in higher education. Marschke has authored numerous research studies that include topics such as gender equity and relationships in academia.
