Regents approve actions to laws and policies

Actions to the following laws and policies were adopted by the Board of Regents at its April 16 meeting at CU Denver:

• Article 13: Business and Finance (Keep As Is)
  • Part A: Finance
  • Part B: Fiscal Authority and Responsibility of Officers
  • Part C: Fiscal Authority and Responsibility of All Employees
  • Part D: Financial Records
• Policy 13.C: Approval of the University Risk and Insurance Management Program (Keep As Is)
• Policy 13.J: Artificial Intelligence Technologies (New)

Article 13 and Policy 13.C were scheduled for review as part of the Board of Regents’ five-year review schedule for regent laws and policies.
