Board approves actions to regent laws and policies

Actions to the following laws and policies were adopted by the Board of Regents at their meeting on Sept. 10, 2026:

• Article 3, Part A: Officers (Keep As Is)
• Article 3, Part B: Officers of the University (Keep As Is)
• Policy 3.A: Definitions of Officers of the University (Keep As Is)
• Policy 11.E: Leave Policies for Employees (Revision)
• Article 2, Part D: Regents Awards (Keep As Is)
• Policy 2.D: Regent Awards (Revision)

These laws and policies were scheduled for review as part of the Board of Regent’s five-year review schedule for regent laws and policies.
