Employee Services Flu Shot Clinics

Between 35-50 million people will get the flu this year, suffering this serious illness and risking hospitalization. Protect yourself and everyone around you by getting an annual flu shot. Employee Services is in your corner, bringing flu shot clinics to each CU Campus from Oct. 3-31.
What do you need to do at the clinic?
- CU Health Plan members and covered spouses: Please bring your CU Health Plan ID card.
- Non-CU Health Plan members: You can pay $28 for a flu shot via cash, check or Visa or Master Card at the clinic.
- Please wear clothing that allows access to your right or left shoulder to allow the nurse to administer the flu shot.
