Diversity Summit 2017: Fostering a Culture of Inclusion: Modeling Systemic Change

The 2017 University of Colorado Diversity Summit offers faculty, staff and administration a space to examine and learn best practices for fostering inclusion on our campuses and within the university system. The summit recognizes effective strategies and initiatives, and targets areas of weakness to work toward improvement.

Commitments to diversity and inclusion are part of our campus missions and core values, yet these statements alone do not make our campuses diverse and inclusive. Our goal is to fully engage participants and offer tangible and effective strategies that they can implement as employees of the University of Colorado.
