Regents approve recommendations for some regent laws and policies

The Board of Regents completed the scheduled review and approved revisions to the following laws and policies on Feb. 5:

• Policy 13.D: Defense and Indemnification of University of Colorado Employees
• Policy 13.E: Fiscal Misconduct

The Board of Regents completed the scheduled review and approved recommendations of no changes for the following laws and policies on Feb. 5:

• Policy 1.B: Guiding Principles
• Policy 2.E: Faculty, Staff, and Student Representatives to the Board of Regents
• Policy 14.B: Use of University’s Name and Marks in Advertising and Marketing by External Entities

These laws and policies were scheduled for review as part of the Board of Regents' five-year review schedule for regent laws and policies.
