The program includes support through weekly group meetings and input from Anschutz Medical Campus experts, along with low-calorie meal replacements purchased by participants.
To join, participants must be generally healthy but have a BMI (body mass index) greater than 30 or be about 30 pounds overweight. (To determine your BMI, visit www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/.) Participants also must be able to pay for meal replacements and weekly classes.
