Brenda J. Allen, associate dean and professor of communication at the University of Colorado Denver, was an Inaugural Scholar at the recent launch of the Waterhouse Family Institute for the Study of Communication and Society at Villanova University. Among her activities for the event: Serving as a presenter on a panel titled "Communication as Change Agent."

... Greg Cronin, associate professor of integrative biology at the University of Colorado Denver, has been elected chair of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Council effective at the beginning of the spring semester. Cronin has been a longtime member of the council and has exhibited a strong dedication to the mission of the college.
