In June, she will travel to Tibet and China. ... Donna Langston, professor and chair of the department of ethnic studies at the University of Colorado Denver, is the 2010 recipient of the UC Denver Rosa Parks Faculty Diversity Award. Weis Lecture at Southeastern Missouri State University. Titled "Sweet Freedom's Song: Musical Democracy and the Politics of Dissent," the lecture incorporated materials from "Sweet Freedom's Song: 'My Country 'Tis of Thee' & Democracy in America," a book Hartnett co-authored with the late Robert James Branham.
