Learn how to better identify and manage the stress in your work life
With the never-ending pressure we experience in our work-lives, the words “I’m stressed” have become an everyday euphuism for “I’m normal.” We are so numb to this new reality; we fail to recognize the impact stress has on our physical, emotional and mental well-being, both at work and home. Yet, we are ill-equipped to handle this burden and possess few skills to alleviate workplace stress. By learning and regularly practicing healthy coping skills that allow us to thrive, rather than just survive at work, we begin a path towards long-term resiliency. In this interactive and engaging session, you will:
- Conduct a stress self-assessment
- Discuss signs, symptoms and coping
- Learn to take back control
- Practice new skills
- Formulate an action plan
