On average, nearly 20% of the U.S. population falls ill with the flu each season. Defend your health (and your sick days) with Employee Services flu shot clinics offered on CU campuses from Oct. 2 - 30.
What do you need to do at the clinic?
- CU Health Plan members and covered spouses: Please bring your CU Health Plan ID card.
- Non-CU Health Plan members: You can pay $28 for a flu shot via cash, check or Visa or Master Card at the clinic.
- Please wear clothing that allows access to your right or left shoulder to allow the nurse to administer the flu shot.
