Drive student success with a new CU license plate
What if your next trip across town could help a CU student reach graduation? With a new CU-branded license plate, your daily drive can support the next generation of scholars while showing off your school pride.
Made possible by the efforts of CU Denver alumni volunteers, the new design represents all four University of Colorado campuses with its iconic, interlocking CU logo. More than just a symbol of school spirit, the plate also supports student success by funding programs and scholarships that help offset the cost of a college education.
A minimum donation of $50 to the license plate fund at any campus is all it takes to obtain a plate and make a meaningful impact on our community.
Anyone is eligible for CU plates, which are available now from the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV). For the new CU logo design, choose from CU Denver, CU Colorado Springs (UCCS) or CU Anschutz when making your donation via the University of Colorado License Plate Donation page.
The CU Boulder plate featuring Ralphie remains available as well; to obtain it, make your gift through the CU Boulder Alumni Association.
Within two weeks, you’ll receive a PIN to acquire your plate. In addition to the donation, standard license plate fees will apply when registering the plate at the DMV.
Make your donation now to ensure that all CU students have the resources they need to succeed — and to start showing your love for CU every time you hit the road.
