Despite your knowledge and best intentions, simple errors while sending your email can create a communication (and potentially legal) nightmare. Remain diligent when sending to ensure your message is delivered to the correct audience (and even more importantly, that it doesn't go to the wrong one).

Three Tips to Remember: 

1. ALWAYS send to reports or data extensions. NEVER send to a Campaign.

2. ALWAYS refresh/start your data extension(s) before EVERY send.

3. ALWAYS include the 'CU FOOTER FOR ALL EMAILS' in every commercial email.
