Board of Regents Gov. Committee

The CU Board of Regents Governance Committee's primary function is to review and recommend policies and procedures to enhance the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the Board of Regents. The committee shall have all authority necessary to fulfill the duties and responsibilities assigned to the committee in this charter or otherwise assigned to it by the Board of Regents.

This is a public meeting. The CU Strategic Plan may be discussed.
