RIO hosts two Distinguished Research Lectures each year. This is one of the most prestigious awards bestowed on CU Boulder faculty by CU Boulder faculty. The upcoming lecture is hosted by William M. Lewis Jr., professor of ecology and evolutionary biology and director of the CIRES Center for Limnology, and entitled “Lakes, Nutrients, and Water Sin.”
