New CU Student Welcome Reception and Celebration in Grand Junction

On July 27 in Grand Junction we will host a CU Celebration to welcome new and incoming students from the Western Slope who plan to attend a CU campus. The celebration will include an ice cream social for attendees, with a short program and introductions of new students, who will be welcomed to the CU family. CU Regent Glen Gallegos, representing District 3, will provide remarks and hand out gifts to the new CU students. New CU students and their guests can speak with CU campus representatives, as well as connect with CU alumni and supporters from the area. This event is complimentary and hosted by the CU Advocates program in the Office of the President.
