"Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire"
- William Butler Yeats
Mini Law School is an eight-week series educating non-lawyers about the law. It is designed to help people better understand some of the most interesting aspects of our legal system.
Taught by Colorado Law faculty, the Mini Law School explores a different area of the law each week. This year, we are exploring the various ways in which the law impacts our lives on a daily basis, now and in the future, with each professor selecting a different area of emphasis.
The schedule and list of topics appears below. There are no prerequisites for participation and no tests, homework, or reading assignments.
Mini Law School offers people three ways to take the course - in Boulder, via Livestream on your computer, or via recorded viewing on your computer and on your schedule.
