CU College of Music: Shades of Jazz – From Latin to Swing

The CU Advocates program would like to invite you to a special event featuring music performances from CU-Boulder students and faculty of the Thompson Jazz Studies Program.

This event is being organized by the CU-Boulder Denver Metro Alumni chapter. They are holding a silent auction before the show including items such as golf for four at Hiwan Golf Club in Evergreen and dinner and show for two at The Soiled Dove in Denver.

Tickets range from: $10 - $20 and can be purchased here
Proceeds from ticket sales and the silent auction will benefit the College of Music and the CU-Boulder Denver Metro chapter's scholarship fund.

Featuring music by Dizzy Gillespie, Mario Bauza, Paquito D’ Rivera and more.

Thompson Jazz Faculty Quintet
Performing music of the great swing bands.
Featuring classics by Count Basie, Tommy Dorsey, Duke Ellington and more.
