CU Account Codes and Encumbrances

Learn the difference between earnings, deductions, and tax account codes. We'll explain how account codes are assigned by job code, regular/temporary status, and full/part-time.  We will also explore how the Department Budget Table and FIN use account codes differently by campus.  Finally, we'll talk about the features that impact HCM encumbrances and how they relate to FIN reporting.
