2019 McConkie Leadership Conference

The annual one-day McConkie Leadership Conference brings together mid-level and senior managers from local government, industry and not-for-profit organizations. Attendees will gain skills and knowledge about:

- Establishing a positive organizational climate
- Why cross-generational teamwork will be a key player in the future of work
- Insights to leading and caring for teams
- Karl Mecklenburg's "Six Keys to Success"

The conference this year features LTG (Ret.) David Quantock, Karl Mecklenburg and Dr. Constance Staley.
